You question is not clear.
You got NOI with 473 points and now you have 481 points? The point increase does not affect your NOI ( a decrease would have).

Before January 2024 my CRS was 473 ; now my score is 481 .. I received NOI on December 14th 2023 for 473 - 480 draw .. my immigration lawyer is saying they (OINP) will verify the score when you submit the application, if it is 481 then they will reject .. I don’t know what I need to do .. It looks like same thing happened to one of her clients

So far as you can justify the increase in points, this shouldn’t be a problem. Especially as the increase is due to completion of bachelors degree in Canada which doesn’t need ECA. Are you not able to show your degree certificate for the bachelors?

Quick question, what other education are you claiming points for?

I am in similar situation, what happened to your application, did it cause any issues if the score went above cutoff?
