Score Increase After NOI from OINP

I made express entry profile few months ago with my first WES ECA report and had 463 CRS. Later on, when my masters was completed, I upgraded my WES ECA and have got a new reference number (I did not update this on EE profile).

In my first ECA, I got Canadian Equivalency of 'Two Degrees'.
In my second ECA, I got Canadian Equivalency of 'Masters'.

Now with my first ECA, my score was 463 and based on this, I got NOI on 6th October and draw range was 455-467. But I am now unable to order my first ECA duplicate IRCC from my WES account. I am getting the option to order the latest ECA only. If I use second(latest) ECA report, my score is becoming 470 which is above the NOI selection range.

I have contacted WES, but they have said I can only order the latest ECA (masters) not the first ECA (with two degree equivalency).
Please guide me if I go with latest ECA by which I am getting score of 470, will I become ineligible for OINP?

This sounds similar to people who get their 30th birthday after EE ITA but before AOR. I’m not completely sure if the comparison is legit but these people stay eligible for that ITA as their profiles are true and accurate with good CRS at the time of ITA.
