Score has not changed after receiving PNP

Hi,
I just received provincial nomination from Ontario , yesterday in my cic account. I immediately accepted the nomination. But my initial CRS score of 441 has changed to 1041 yet. Is this normal ? Is there a delay ?

It may even take 48 hours sometimes
