The last three draws have showed us regular two-week draws can keep CRS around 470. But don't forget there'll be two FST draws in 2020, which means CRS will be driven up like what happened in May and October this year. Besides, there'll be significantly more invitations issued to provincial nominees (for example, Ontario wants to double nominations for permanent residence by 2022 - https://www.cicnews.com/2019/12/ontario-wants-to-double-permanent-residence-nominations-by-2022-1213365.html#gs.oc56ev).
Folks below 470, don't be a sitting duck and do whatever possible to max out your score.
