Hi guys,

I am new to this forum. My question is, lets say:
Mr. A got 68 score for his FSW Cat 1 application score,
Mr. B got 75 score for his FSW Cat 1 application score,

Do CIC treat this two applicants differently? do they prioritize applicant with higher score in the whole PR processing?

Or they treated all equall as long as he/she passes 67?

Thanks,

I do not think that having more points will either waive your interview or speed-up your process. Both 68 and 75 point applicant will be eligible to immigrate and it depends where you are in the que. The only delay will be background checks, if both applicant background is identical and they applied at the same time and got the AOR at the same time, they should get the visa at the same time as well.

hi ....... eiether u have 67 or 75 points it deoes not matter for the CHC and they go by the AOR date only.No priority will be given for the points. But , scoring 75+ means that you are eiether had claimed more points on adaptability(spouse education/relative in canda) which indirectly will have some weightage in the application.Am I right ?

having more points,

very gud question. It is very realistic and practical but it will not help you get a faster processing and neither will it help you get an interview waiver.

But for sure and definitely yes, it will help CIC to make a faster decision on your application, you want to know why?

Say Mr A has 68 points and Mr B has 75 points, if the CIC doubts Mr.A's documents they will have to do throurough checks and take time in processing to make sure he qualifies.

But for Mr. B if they think a particular document day a reference letter from a company is not being verified due to say the company no longer exists, they will still process it faster because the guy can afford to loose points for that experience.

You know what I mean, hope this helps you guys.
