Since January 2017, there are 3000+ invites being issued each draw and this is why the points are dropping. If CIC decreases the number of ITAs, the score wont drop at such a fast rate, thereby reaching 397. Nobody can predict how many invitations will be issued in the future. We can only hope that the invites increase and the cut off drops.
PNPs were opened in February so in a few months time, people who had lower scores will get 600 points and the cut off will go high again.
You can either choose to wait in the pool for something to happen or work towards improving your score and get the ITA sooner. This depends on personal choice and how soon you want to get to Canada.
Regd your job offer, if the job has LMIA, it will give you 50 points and this will bump up your score. LMIA is a long process and expensive for the employer. Are you prepared to wait that long?
If you never heard back from the company you were shortlisted, IMO it means they have selected someone else for the job.
You are only going to get older and your points will only decrease gradually. Why wait for that to happen?
