Hi. i want to ask that i am applying for schooling visa in canada. And i want admission in 11th grade. And i have scored 69% in 9th grade and 83% in 10th grade. Please tell me can i got visa successfully. And tell me success rate for my schooling visa.

yes you can apply for schooling visa but you need to come with parents or Guardian because you are minor or if your parents knows anybody here in Canada they can become your Guardian.
or if your visa approved you parents can apply tourist visa.

If i will come with my mother and father both in canada can they both get jobs. And is their are any minor jobs in canada.
No - your parents cannot get jobs. They actually can't come with you to Canada on your study permit. Only you can come and live here. You would have to come alone and they would have to find someone here to act as your guardian.
Unfortunately I think you've misunderstood. The only way you'll be able to get a study visa for secondary school is if you can find a guardian and you will have to pay tuition either at a public school or private school. You will also have to prove that you have the funds to live in Canada for the duration of your schooling. I would recommend you go onto University and perhaps look at studying in Canada for a master's degree.
Minor child study visa so called schooling visa is not easy to get.Success rate is not good. You will have to show so much funds around 8,000 to 10,000 CAD per month, because in this visa parents are not allowed to do work and you are also not allowed to do part time job.
The Best is i advise you to complete your post secondary education and apply for study visa under SPP.
Not difficult to find the information and if a minor very difficult to get without someone in Canada already as a guardian

Recently, in fact yesterday, I have been advised by someone that both the parents can go with their children as a guardian and can also legally work in order to support the studies of their children.
I want to know if this is true. Logically it does not seem right to me for schooling visa is tool to provide studies to minors rather letting their parents work.
Please share some information.

Not true parents cannot accompany children on a study permit and work.
The fact the children are attending school in Canada doesnt give the parents any rights to accompany them . Sure they could in theory apply for a visit visa independantly and extend it as some people here have done but cannot work at all .
"Someone" is scamming you. This isn't true at all. Parents are not allowed to go with their minor children and are certainly not allowed to work.
Please, after been denied before, If reapplying again and filling the IMM1294 form of the Application for study permit made outside of Canada, do i need to input the previous UCI number or should I leave it blank for a new regeneration of a new UCI number by the visa office??
