My application came back as incomplete :'(

Stated - "school photocopies of yourself or your dependent children are missing or illegible"

I attached following documents

1. My degree certificate
2. My daughter's latest school record

Could some one highlight which documents are expected here? Last 15 years I am doing job before that I have done graduation. Are CIC expecting my degree mark lists?

Thanks in advance

Pre-Assessed..
Are the copies you sent clear and for you do they show your education was in English and/or French? I think the people who have studied in a country where the native language is not English/ French may very well struggle with this and its advisable to indicate that the course was in English and/or French.

first of all the degree you have is from Canada? , if so then you should send the transcript which show all the years of study ,
for your daughter did you include the record for the last 4 years not only the latest one it should be for the last 4 years before the application , its important to mention at any record provided to CIC the attendance or obscene days in case you didn't include the report card , once you request for letter from the school it is important to mention the attendance in this letter , If it is difficult for you to have a letter from different school in case your daughter attend more then one school try to contact the school district board
and I think the will give you some attendance report for all school .

I think they are more interested in getting secondary or post-secondary education in French or English. So you must send them ALL educational certs you had got like secondary, post-secondary, degree & transcripts copies. If i am wrong seniors please suggest.

cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/CIT0002ETOC.asp#CIT0002E4

Proof of completion of secondary or post-secondary education in French or English includes:
A diploma or transcripts from a secondary or post-secondary school indicating the successful completion of a program, in Canada or abroad. or
A diploma or certificate from a secondary or post-secondary school indicating successful graduation, in Canada or abroad.

You need to send them the record cards of your daughter from all schools showing attendance as a proof that she was residing in Canada during the last four (4) years.
If you don't have a degree, post graduate from an English or French - Canada or abroad- institution you send nothing in this respect. In your case, since you are working since 15 years, I wouldn't send your own degree unless you made this degree in Canada or you want to use this degree to show proof of language skills.
You already a PR you don't need to show eligibility.
