Hello all
With regards to children education, my kid will join KG next year but school hours finish too early so I need to register him for a childcare after school
I read that if I might be eligible for subsidy that why I want to clarify;
1-Subsidy is applicable when I am on training with no income ? yes or no
2-Subsidy is applicable if I and my wife are full time workers? Yes or no
3-Does subside cancel the child welfare (approx 500$ montly ) or not ?

Depends on the school and the area but you usually have to plan to pay or work around child school hours. If thee are subsidized spaces there is often a waiting list for spots, The child tax benefit is provided to to help pay for these exact things. If you are immigrating a a single father you have to anticipate that you have to plan your life around your child's schedule and budget for childcare. As a new Canadian this will be difficult.
