Hello pls I want to know if i have to submit my 12 th class and 10 certificate and markshhet along with eca. I want to apply to hccp soon I'm collecting all my documents.

12th Education is not enough. You need One Post Secondary Education Diploma/course for HCCP or HSWP

After i do eca for diploma, do I have to send diploma and copy of 10, 12 markshhet also to ircc

You just need to send the highest degree that you have

It is wise to submit documents starting from Grade 10 onwards...

I dont like to send 10 class because my dob is different in 10 th from my passport, aadhar and Pan.

12th marksheets usually do not have Date of Birth, I wonder why nobody is fixing documents before applying to Canada.

first fix your dob it should be same on every certificate including burth certificate

For India, just use Passport.
