I am in the process of completing my online application for a trv.
I have been holding a schengen visa for almost seven years now. In this span of time I was able to travel to sweden (by bus and by boat), denmark (by boat), germany (by boat) and italy (by plane). Most of these trips lasted not more than week and the shortest time i was in one of the country was only for 5 hours.
Since I'm holding a schengen visa, I am allowed to travel to 25 countries without applying for an entry visa. I did not even get a stamp on my passport when I travelled to italy. Now my question is this: How can I prove to the IO that I have been to these countries except for italy? The only proof which is left to me is my boarding pass bound to that country. The tickets to the bus and boat, I had thrown already.
