Scheduled for Citizenship Test on Tracker yet No Invitation E-mail

Hi Everyone,

On my citizenship application status tracker (new tracker) I have below note:
You need to take your online citizenship test between November 12, 2021 and December 2, 2021.

Yet I haven't received invitation e-mail and I cannot sign in to the test as it prompts no invitation was sent. I called IRCC, they said there seems to be a discrepancy with the information I have in tracker and their records, and they will send an e-mail to Scarborough office to take a look into it. I also sent an online web form.

Has anyone ever experienced same kind of issue before and any advices on what can be done?

Yes, it's common with IRCC. Many discrepancies. Some people reported they were able to take the test without invitation, though. If you cannot login, maybe it's a glitch.

It was the same for my husband. Tracker updated on Nov 3 to show scheduled to write test between Nov 12-Dec 2. Didn’t get email until Nov 10.

Thanks for the reply. Having the invite e-mail couple days ago is normal course so what your husband experienced seem like what anyone would have experienced. In my case my window starts at November 12 and it is November 14th already and I haven’t received the invite and cannot sign in to exam.

Yeah. I tried signing in for exam and didn’t work unfortunately I guess at this point I did all I can do and the ball is on IRCCs court.
