Only when you are asked to.

It's not mandatory for you to submit it voluntarily.
Just wait for the request and submit it electronically.

Its being requested way too often nowadays, it does not hurt to upload it upfront, and it saves you from requests from CO - which can potentially delay the processing (although there is no evidence yet).

I submitted it within a day of the request- do you think that it would delay the processing of my application? The additional documents status reads: We are reviewing the additional documents you provided. Do you have an estimate on how long I will be stuck at this stage?
