should i include travel history in the personal history while filling the form?
It is submitted upfront if an applicant said "yes" to any of the statutory questions.jd8i said:So most of contents of Schedule A have been answered when we filled out the questionnaire before the checklist. Is it necessary to submit the form separately?
Or it is an UNSPOKEN RULE that just every EE candidate is taking? Please school me if my point is stupid. Thanks.
Section 8 is personal history (not travel history). Yes, you must add a separate sheet and complete this section.Guy293 said:So if I need to add some rows to my travel history (Section 8 of Schedule A), do I still need to fill out the other sections?
If not, what sections should I fill? 1 through 4? 1 through 5? 6?
Just read the post from DelPiero7 on this page.olipearce1987 said:sorry for the dumb question, this schedule A form, does everyone need to fill this out? or only if you need additional space
Thank you. I guess I just skipped the texts and filled with 'No's when I answered the statutory questions. Not a good habitDelPiero07 said:It is submitted upfront if an applicant said "yes" to any of the statutory questions.
It is simply to save processing time.
So will it come up on you profile on the checklist to upload if reqiired?DelPiero07 said:It is submitted upfront if an applicant said "yes" to any of the statutory questions.

You must complete all the sections of the form which are applicable to you. You must mention "N/A" or "NONE" in the sections which don't apply to you.
Unfortunately, yes. You have to repeat what you have mentioned in the online form.Guy293 said:So I need to again fill everything again? both online AND on the form? seems a bit redundant.
Yes. It was a pain to fill it again. I copied what I filled on screen onto the paper using a black pen.Guy293 said:So I need to again fill everything again? both online AND on the form? seems a bit redundant.
