I just sent my Schedule A last Sunday. I printed out the form and scanned it then upload. You need tO lower the size of your documents or images. They alloWed maximum total of 3. Something.
Am not sure if its right to upload scanned copy of Schedule A through your Online Account.....i think if sent through Email or Webform scanned copy is okay but not sure about it when sent through Online Account..........please review the instructions in the letter sent to you........refer

When the form is uploaded through Online Account....signature is not required......If submitting through “MyCIC”, the Principal applicant needs only type in their name......see if you have the below NOTE in the letter sent from IRCC to upload Schedule A.....
Note: Make sure you validate this form before you save it by clicking the “validate” button at the top or bottom of the document. You can only upload the
“Schedule A Online” form into your online account if you validated the document before you saved it.
Do not print out this form and upload the printed copy through your online account. This will result in an
invalid submission of your Schedule A, which will cause additional delays to your application. The complete and validated Schedule A form, in PDF format, should only be saved to your computer and uploaded directly into
your online account.
