Schedule A Request twice....HELP!!!

I have been requested Schedule A twice. On July 24, I got a message at 10:40 AM Canada ADT and was asked for personal history gaps. I noticed that the personal history gap was in spouse personal history( I am the principal applicant). But in the request letter my spouse name was not there, only my name was there.

So I provided Schedule A of my spouse.

Today around 1:12 AM Canada ADT I got one more Schedule A request with my name again, but this time it didn't mention any gap. So I am not sure its asking for my Schedule A, or both of us.

My Time line:
March 27 ITA CEC
May 25 Submission and e-APR

I would suggest you provide Schedule A for you both. It will only cost you time to have it completed. Just ensure you do not leave any gap.

The request letter should say which of you it's for.

Thank you guys!! Both of your help is appreciated.

I don't have any gap in personal history.

I have a question here - is consecutive months considered gap.

For eg: Suppose I have resigned from job in June 27, 2015 and joined another employer in July 01, 2015, the personal history shows

2015/07 and next job start date on 2015/07. Is this a gap?

Thanks in advance for help.

^^ I think you mean that it shows one job ending from 06/2015 and another starting 07/2015.

I have the same question.. is this considered a gap?

Also, I officially did program from September 2013 to September 2014 in UK... but I moved out of UK in June 2014 and then worked on my thesis from home.... from June to September...
Do I have to split the 2? Because my place of residence changed in June 2014..

So should I split it as below in personal history:
Studying: September 2013 - June 2014 - Description of position/title: Studying - UK - City in UK, Name of UK school
Studying: June 2014 - September 2014 - Description of position/title: Studying (Thesis only) - UAE - City in UAE, but Name of UK school

Does that make sense?

I also got a Schedule A request for my partner, and the letter specifically said to answer the statutory questions. I don't know if all Schedule A requests include that sentence. There were no gaps at all in my partner's application and the answers to the statutory questions were clearly visible in his initial application, but we just double-checked, then repeated the information and sent it back. It's best not to second guess CIC, just give them what they want, and be sure you give it accurately. You got the second request because the first time you did it for your spouse and not for you, when they asked for you.

I wonder what CIC wants to see in Schedule A, hoe they want it. I was requested twice as well, in my case there where some gaps, and they wher dated 2014, maybe that is why.

There were no gaps in my original personal, education, address history. I was also requested Sch A for just main applicant 5 days prior to PPR & Decision made. It is just to see have you moved address or changed jobs since submission of application. Do check for gaps...but do not worry if you have none as this seems to be standard procedure.
I entered info as e.g. finish 06/2015 and start 07/2015. This was accepted.

Guys,

I got a schedule a request aswell for me and my wife.

We were refused a visa once.

They have asked that I complete question 6.

Does this mean I only fill out question 6 and leave the rest of the forms blank.

Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences

Had the same request, I filled only Question 6, + my first name/last name and signed on the last page. If they wanted the whole thing filled they wouldn't specify that they wanted us to fill Question 6 as we would've done it anyways.

Not Taking chances...sending both Schedule A for myself and spouse together with an explanation for US B1/B2 visa refusal for my spouse.

I have no refusal or gaps...still sending it.

;D ;D

Ok that makes sense.

I got a refusal for a British visa once because I did not provide sufficient evidence to support proof of my income at that time almost 5 years back.

How much detail do you think CIC islooking for here ?

Will it be okay to say I was once refused a visa for UK because of incomplete supporting documentation.

This makes sense, though I think most people are scared to send the thing back incomplete! We probably also could have filled out the statutory part and signed it.

We thought maybe they want the signature - a statement that you have not been refused a visa (or an explanation of why you have) with a signature so that later, if anything comes up that you didn't mention, they can point to your signature, not just a drop-down menu on an online form.

That said, my partner never has been refused a visa, never has belonged to any organizations like those described in the statutory section, so we don't know why they want it repeated. Just cause he was born in a formerly commie country? No idea.

If we have been refused visa, do you think I should add the explanation in the additional documents at the time of submitting the eAPR itself? or should I wait for Schedule A? I'd rather just give them an explanation... lack of funds mainly...several years ago... pls advise

There's no place for explanation on the form. As long as you ticked that you were refused they really aren't bothered as to the reason why except it was for a criminal offence or terrorism then they would be able to tell. Don't stress yourself.
