On the schedule A form do you need to include travel (vacation for 4 days) in the personal history?

Correct me if I am wrong , but unless the PA has left the country for travel , it does not need to be included.
Now if the 4 days vacation was out of the PA country of residence yes include it . If not I don’t see why you would .
Just my opinion .

im going to have to agree with this.. if they went from santo domingo to punta cana for example, that would not be included

Our Schedule A was many pages. I'd just include everything. An extra few hours now is better than potentially months delay because of the Schedule A. That's just my opinion.

By the way, don't forget to physically sign the Schedule A. I believe that is the form with the electronic signature but buried in the guide it says you need to still physically sign it. I remember some people in a different thread panicking about it.

Good luck with your application.
