Dear seniors,
I'm going to submit Schedule A in my e-APR as I used to be denied US Student Visa 9yrs ago.
I'm quite confusing on answer these 2 following questions, IDK to which one I say Yes and which one I say No
Have you ever
1. been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent residence visa, visitor, temporary resident visa to Canada or any other country?
2. been refused admission to, or ordered to leave, Canada or any other country?

Pls help advise me. Thank you a lot!

1. Yes, explain the situation.

2. No. Since you never went to the country to be denied admission.

Hi guys,

Similar situation: just received ITA and currently working on my info.

1y ago I was in the pool for the International Experience Class and was invited to apply which I did.

In the end the application got refused as I wasn't residing in the country of my citizenship at the time of my application.

There are 2 questions that I have to reply in the ITA:

1) have you ever been refused refugee status or an immigrant or permanent resident visa or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

2) have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

It would be great if you could give me some insight.

Thank you.
