Schedule A question Help need Urgent

Hi Guys!! can someone please advice, if your student visa been refused once then is it gonna be under the question F in schedule A form

f) been refused admission to, or ordered to leave, Canada and answer to this will be Yes ???

do we have to fill the section on page 4 (authority to disclose the personal information) or just leave it empty where it says
Declaration of applicant

1) Interpreter declaration
2) Solemn declaration

after printing, signature and scanning its just the upload part or we need to notify CIC as well that we provided the document ???

For personal history and education there is no enough space, what sort of sheet I need to attach for that ???
PS:- they ask for a separate and newly completed schedule A background declaration form IM5669 bearing an original signature . Please use the following link to access the schedule A. Complete question 6 and ensure you provide details for those questions to which you answered yes.

For personal history and education there is no enough space, what sort of sheet I need to attach for that ??? -attach an Annex and reference the item #, page # and type of form you are referring to

Be truthful. Otherwise you will be accused of misrepresentation and banned from entering Canada for 5 years.

Okay, in my case, I answered yes to the first one, but no to the second one. I was refused a US student visa, which makes the answer to the first question an easy yes, but I was never deported, told to leave, or denied entry to a country (which happens at the border), so that one was no.

Naturally I had to explain my answer to the first question, which I did, which must have cleared up any doubts the VO might have had. I did not have any problem with the application afterwards.

One more thing I have to ask

Should I just attach an extra word document for completing the personal history ?? Do I have to sign that or anything the extra document ?? Do need to fill the interpreter or solemn declaration part too ??

I attached an extra Word document to my form, yes.
Don't fill the interpreter part unless you have an interpreter interpreting the questions into your language for you (which you don't).
