Schedule A question 6

i received schedule A request...please advice what is to be done? did anyone else also received this request ? thanks

Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form
(IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. An updated Schedule A is required. Ensure Question
6 is complete and please leave no gaps.

Can you post your letter..just wondering if its a specific request or generic wordings..thanks

Yha i just submitted it again yesterday with and yes my spouse had refusal in like 2012 for study visa so in first i just write down that "refuse student visa once " but this time i mentioned country name college name month year and i dont have file numbers for that so i mentioned that too now lets see

So i think I need to submit an updated schedule A...as I have additional line saying updated schedule A is required.

It did not say that I need to provide a new and separate IMM5669..

So do I need to provide all the information in the form or just answer question 6?

My background check was changed to "In Progress" on Aug.14, but today it changed back to "No need at this time" when i got the Schedule A request. Is the same situation with you guys?
