Schedule A before BG in process?

I wanted to know if anyone else from previous months has got a request for complete Schedule A within 3-4 days of submitting eAPR, and before Background check becomes in process.... it seems to have happened to several people in the September batch, but not everyone... so not sure what this means? I got Schedule A one day after they started working on my application.

Technically, doesn't it mean that background check has begun if they have asked for Schedule A?

I remember also seeing somewhere that some people got PPR but their background check never became in process... is that true?

I was initially excited that they asked for it so soon, but then not sure now.

I have also received Sch A request for me and my wife few days after submission and medicals passed... then - 3 days later, i have received second AOR, and my BG is still Not Started...

I am not worried too much, read somewhere that FSW outside applicants usually receive Sch A and that their BG is not moving until the end of procedure, so I like to believe in that LOL

Lol fair enough... though I haven't got anything after submitting Schedule A.. that's the strange thing... No 2nd AOR nor BG in process...
Anyway, my deadline for the 7 days is today, so let's see..

Also, I'm not sure if the application is being handled centrally or by country specific VO...I heard that could make a difference...


I like the idea that BG may not change until the end - makes me feel better.
