Hello guys I am curious about questions in background declaration forms esp in work history and addresses.

1)is it about 18 birthday or 10 years whichever is recent or longer because I have read somewhere some one was requested by IRCc to fill in the details in the following format I.e 18 birthday or 10 years whichever is longer so what is being requested or filled in according to the latest forms.Thanks
