Hi all,
Please advise.
I got ADR recently asking newly completed Form 5669. I got my personal history section all right, but my address section I made a mistakr on the date. I put my current address from september 2016 to June 2022 instead of Present. I raised a webform sending them the corrected form but I worry they will raise a suspection. Anyone got the same situation like this before?

So you are supposed to put it as Present instead of the current month and year right? For example, now is September 2022 and I have been staying at my current address since October 2020. So I must put from 10/2020 to Present instead of 10/2020 to 09/2022, even though now is 09/2022, is it correct?

Yes you understand correctly. But on the form I submitted them is June 2022

Hmm if I remember correctly, there are some data check on the form that you can't write anything except the correct month and year format to the form. I might be wrong though, let me check again. I'm also filling the same form for my application.

you can write present/current. Because you will need to print it out, sign and date so I think that is acceptable
