Schedule A Background - 5669 | Urgent Issue - Please help

Hi,

I am trying to validate the above-mentioned form but getting an error that there must be a value in the Signature field. But my file was returned to me previously because as per the CIC and immigration consultant had digitally signed the document instead of proving a hand-written signature.

Please help me figure out how to sign this document, thanks!

You need to type your name into the field, validate the form, then print and sign the form by hand (next to your typed name). This is per the instruction guide for the form

I have one more inquiry, my mother's in law family at birth is not listed in any of the documents, so is it ok if I put None i that field (Schedule A - Background check form), and thanks for all the help
