Schedule A and PCC request

Hi All, I am a CEC applicant. Today i got request letter for Schedule A and Singapore PCC. In the letter, the deadline for Schedule A is 7 days and for Singapore PCC is 60 days.

However when i login to mycic and look at the place where I need to upload these files, the deadline shows as 5 Feb which is less than 60 days.

Has anyone faced this type of situation. Please advise.

Send them a CSE. I had that happen to me when I applied for my work permit 2 years ago. They wanted a singapore PCC within 2 weeks but I was applying from outside SG. So, I told them about it and they told me to upload it anyway, whenever we'd get them and meanwhile they'd hold on to our applications. So, as far as I can recall, the button on the website showed the time had elapsed but I was still able to upload my PCC.

Hi, go to your submitted documents, where you uploaded them. There should be a sheduele A replacement document line and there you can upload it. Let me know if you found it.
