If it is "full time", one should write 37.5 hrs or 40 hrs??
I think 37.5 hrs is okay for "full time" excluding 5*0.5 =2.5 hrs for break.
Any comment please!

According to CIC full time is 30 hours/week

Um.. One should write the actual hours worked, not make something up. This information will have to be confirmed by your employer in your letter of employment.

If your hours varied, you should have pay records to calculate it.
