In Schedule 8 Economic classes- Canadian Experience Class question no 5.
Do we need to add a extra word document to list the duties or else company reference letter will be fine.
I Dropped my file today.I didnt attach any word document to write all my duties.Did i do mistake.
Please help me rply me

Should be fine. I summed up my duties and only named 3 or 4 on that form, the
Rest was listed in the reference letter.

As per instruction guide, you have to list

a description of your main duties, and

That's your main duties, not all duties. Those main duties have to match the noc you applied under.

Ya, don't worry about that. If you've mentioned your main duties, you're ok.
If CIC wanted all your duties in that field, they would've made the space bigger.

That sounds better.But on each form they do mention that you can use extra sheet when do you dont have much space in the document.One of my friend to aruges that you need to keep an additional sheet to explain your duties!
Me too confused and tensed.

When I applied instead of writing any job duties in that form I just wrote detailed job letter enclosed and it worked for me

Does it mean.You attached detailed job letter as word document to this document or else just kept letter from your company according to the checklist.

I just had one letter from the company and wrote detailed job letter enclosed in application
You can do the same as I did
Or you can just write the job duties in word and enclose with the form and also keep the company issued letter
Choice is yours but I guess just company letter should be ok

I just wrote main 3 job duties in that form and i didn't attach any word document to this.
Instead i kept detailed reference letter form my company.Hope it works for me

I wrote only a few and at the bottom said refer to attached letter (reference letter). If it is the same job title and same time period as said in the reference letter. They will automatically get it and will refer to reference letter
