Schedule 4 form - Not uploaded- Guide pls

Hi all
i submitted my eapr on 15 mar and didnt upload schedule 4 as it was not mentioned anywhere in my eAPR application form.

Is it a mandatory form to submit along eAPR and whats the workaround now to submit schedule 4 form .
Anyone pls guide

Raise a CSE.

If you are a PNP applicant, CIC will send you an ADR for it but you can also raise a CSE now. Include the Nomination Certificate.
