hi,

pls refer to schedule 3 - economic classes

it asks:

is your accompanying spouse proficient in English?

in my ccase the answer is yes

BUT

in the form there are two options:

no and yes

with yes, they have asked for IELTS result.

she is proficient in English but she hasn't taken the test. nor I am claiming points for that.

what should I write yes or no?

Write YES to the first question and NO to the IELTS test question. One can be proficient in English and not take the test.

actually, this is only one question.

for answer they have given two options:

1) no

ii) yes

with "yes" there is an arrow which says submit IELTS result.

pls help...

It doesn't matter. You can say NO to the first question if you want. It's not important if no points are claimed.
