Schedule 1 (IMM 5257)

In the immigration questionnaire (imm 5257) it is indicated that you need to fill out an Schedule 1 only if there are positive answers to questions in the backrground section. I do not need. But now I see in the account is invited to fill Schedule 1. To fill or not?

In the account it will always be visible listed under "optional documents" section. So, you don't have to fill it if you have answered 'no' to all of the questions in the background section.
