schedule 1 form and application procedure different instructions...

Hi,

I am confuse with the instructions in the Canada application procedure and schedule 1 form for question 6, 12, 13 and 14.

The instruction is different from the other and it is very confusing.

Can anybody clarify this please. Which one will I follow the canada application procedure or the instructions in the schedule 1 form.

Hi,

# 6: needs to mention if u r Citizen or lies in some other Category.
# 12, 13 and 14 would only be entered if you belong to any such Category (Membership Organisations, Government Positions or Military). Otherwise you can mention N/A.
