Schedule 1 background Information

Dear bros;

I just got an email requesting to undergo medical and update some documents ; Generic IM0008 and schedule 1 : Background Information.

For the Schedule 1, My Visa for studying, 8 years ago and PR application , abt 2 years ago were refused but i forgot mentioning it .

The question here is for the updated Schedule 1 , do i need to tell them these refusal infos

No..dont tell them about ur previous refusal now if u didnt tell them previously.. This can make ur case suspicious to them..Now just provide only updated info since ur application..

Through the GCMS note i received 2 months ago, the FOSS checks clearly mentioned that my first PR application was refused . i am so confused now whether i should tick to the part that my application had been refused or leave it NO.
