you can write TILL NOW.

it always cause misconceptions previously on other applicants.

I am filling this form online and will take print out. And this field accepts only date format. no text. that means after printing i have to write it??

I left it blank and after printing, using small font, typed " Till date", on a type writer.
There was no problem.

Paniz may have been lucky but there have been others who had to resend applications because of blank.

Please fill in current month and year in which you are sending the applications or till date after printing the form

Is it possible that You also attached extra sheets and that extra sheets has the complete information/
For example on the question of Experience
you left the "To" field blank but you listed in your extra sheet From xx-xx To (Till Present or date of application)?

I personally Put The date on That" TO" Column.

For Example.. I sent My application On 5Th december,2009 to CIO, and I Put the the same date in "To" Column. i.e 5th December,2009.

and Yesterday I Got my First AOR from CIO.

No I didn't attach extra sheets.
But you are right , we should not leave any blank but if blank is in recent date (From xx-xx To ??-??) means "Present". I think they will accept blanks just for persent dates.

Yes I haven,t mentioned in December 2009 applicants, and I know that is Because I am having less Time to come online.
