I have submitted my file today.In scheduel A Background decalaration form , I wrote short form for my field of study in Education History table... Is that okay??
for example ; instead of Pharmacy Technician , I put Pharm. Tech.

is it valid???

Moreover, for the same form , additional sheet I print same form and added information and attached it...
is that okay or do I have to print any word or excel page for this?
