Yeeeeee... I am a Canadian now.. Received my oath ceremony letter today for Nov 12

Congrats Mandeep. Oct 24th test to Nov 12th oath... Thats fantastic....

Then again the officer told you that they'll mail out the letter soon after the test. I dont know why the officer told me (and the person before me) that oath will be sometime in the next 2-3 months....

I took my test on the 24th and I received my letter for OATH on the 7th November.
