Does anybody recently apply there for passport In-Person? Wondering if its available option to pick up passport from there office (instead mail to me)? On website its said that is +$20 extra, but not sure if its still valid.

I don't live in save neighborhood a lot of packages and mails being stolen so i would prefer pickup passport from the passport office once its ready.

Yes you can. I recently picked it up as well however it would be best for you to request for in person appointment on their website because some offices dont allow walk ins if you dont have an emergency.
