COngrats...Any idea when your status changed to decision made?

Called CIC today and told them that it will be 6 months on 12th September since I gave my exam. Their reply was "Your file is still in process and nothing has been schedule yet. Call us on next Monday if you do not receive any updates. " :)

Congrats Samreen.

How did the interview go? Did the officer provide any ETA for the oath?

Hi Stocktrader,

I wrote my experience out in detail in the Feb thread here :

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/feb-2015-citizenship-applicants-t268298.1200.html

Interview was quick the officer said in 3 months.

called CIC agent and finally they pulled up my status which is always In Process .

Agent said he will send communication to local office today. Hopefully some one at Scarborough will budge and move my file.

Agent said no need to call again for another 90 days. Hope Scarborough will not take another 90 days to move my file.

Hello everyone,
This is to let you know that yesterday I officially became a Canadian. It was such a wonderful moment the time I was handed the certificate trying to remember the 8 years journey. This journey was a mix of different feelings, Anxiousness, Stress, hope, angriness, joy ( sure every time I got envelopes). This forum was such a great help and an excellent source of valuable information that helped to lighten the way. On top of that, this forum provided a place share all feelings. I also ask for apologies for exhaling frustration breathes at many times during this process. Now it is time to say thank you all and I wish everyone the best of luck, happiness and prosperity.
Now it is time to peacefully leave this forum.
Thank you all.
