Well, it could mean 1 of 2 things, either your citizenship application is DENIED, or it is APPROVED. More than likely it is the later.

Keep in mind that ECAS is a very finicky system, it is outdated, it gives you limited information, it is not consistent for all applications and it can cause confusion for a lot of people.

I would just ignore the Decision Made status....don't be surprised if tomorrow it changes back to In Process, like it did for a lot of other people!

Good luck.

Thanks,, there is no reason to deny my applications. The officer expressed that he had no concern on our file and he needed 1-2 day to run the check of the stamps. So I would think that the Status change occurred after the two days as he mentioned. I hope to get the oath letters soon...

Hi Guys
I haven't received oath letter yet.
Once I sent letter to Scarborough office to request not to schedule mine during May due to my vacation, I was expecting to receive it sometime in June.
I was told by officer during interview that I will receive it in June. But I am not sure when I will get it. :(

I hope all of you get good news soon.
Cheers!

I think it depends on the officer....I think the files for March test givers...are with an officer who is sleeping....the only other thing that could explain a delay is getting security/criminal clearance......but if all is good based on your ATIP, then its really either First in First out or just a lazy officer.....

It is not one officer that handles one month, there are multiple officers that handle multiple applications from multiple time periods.
I can not see how a lazy officer could be getting by, his/her supervisor would definitely notice a drop in his/her quota and give him/her a good spanking to wake up...hopefully!

Waiting for Oath . Passed test on March 10. Applied Oct 2014.

I also had test March 10th around 1:00 PM. at what time you had. My interview was with a lady she looked like Sri-Lankan origin.

how about you?

4:00 PM...dont know if she was south asian background...but she said everything is ok...did not ask a lot of questions...the thing is if there were concerns there would have been RQ by now or request for additional documents...so I dont know what is going on....

Hello, i am new to the forum. Had my citizenship test done on April 13 2015 passed with 20/20.

I have not received any indication from CIC about the OATH and I need to travel back home to visit my family for Eid.

I thought the Scarborough Visa office was moving fast and they were sending Oath letters within 2 weeks after the Exam.

Is anyone else in the same boat?

I am getting worried. Because I need to visit my family and in September my kid's school starts which means I cannot travel back home.
