YESSSSSSS!!! lately? For me they haven't been active since Jan 2023 when I gave my test. Nothing since then whereas on other side I see people getting processed in less then 6 months.

I contacted IRCC through webform a few days ago and the response was generic as it can be. Nothing to do with the question asked
