Hi all,
Some good news here: as my wife and I were on our way out of the house to go and celebrate Valentine's Day, I decided to take a last look at the mailbox for no reason, and violá!! There it was, a brown envelop from CIC. And celebrate we did, indeed! - That was, no doubt, a great Valentine's present from the Scarborough CIC office.
Long story short, here is what happened from the moment of the test/interview:
Test/Interview: Feb. 7 2014
CIC sends letter on: Feb. 13 2014
Oath: Feb. 27 2014
That is only 20 days from test day to Oath day. Wow!!

vinaypuri, I am also upset, it is not fare. why some people get letter in 2 weeks and some like me have to wait more than 4 months after the test? no one can help. not MP, not calls to CIC, everyone tells me that every case is different and some are lucky to get the oath sooner than others. I passed the test /20 out of 20/ on October 9, and we were told not to plan any travelling between 2 weeks and 2 months... now is 4 months...

Anyhow, did you try writing a letter to CIC Scarborough at 200 Town Center Ct? Reason I m saying is - when I called CIC, they told me that it is upto CIC - Scarborough, so I asked can I get a contact # of CIC-S, she said it is not possible to call them but we can write a letter and they will respond.
In the beginning of January my MP made inquiry, they told us that everything is normal and to be patient, month and week later I went again to MP office and they wrote letter once again, no answer yet. Thinking to go to Pickering to the constituency office of the Minister of Immigration... don't know what to do anymore.
