Decision usually means everything is completed... and that just wait for oath invite, providing your case is straightforward.mine decision is made today however no idea what kind of decsion!

I see that but I have seen many people is waiting for oath for more than 4 months from date of exam....I'm not sure if anyone's noticed this or not, but the CIC website used to say it'll take 6 months from the date of your test, now it says it should take 3 months, till the oath.
I'm hoping there's no error and it's for real.
