Hi everyone! I was recently told about a quicker way of immigrating to Canada from the Philippines and that is by attending an orientation (maybe in the agency's office) and paying 51K (pesos) and voila! you're in Canada. Sounds too good to be true? Maybe true if Canada especially Saskatchewan desperately needs to fill in their population?
