We have contacted cwc immigration officers for the complaint. 1st they also said same thing as you but after investigation and talking to him on call and we were also on landline at that time as 3rd party he confirmned that he is real. Trust or not this is truth

It is very easy to get a Canadian phone number from India, Pakistan, China, etc.

You should stop defaming the person, the scammer has clearly used someone's identity. A RCIC would charge you CAD $135+ for 25 minutes of a call, a Canadian lawyer charges CAD $500+ for an hour of consultation - none of them have to rely on such cheap tactics to make money. They are making a bank already!

As much as it hurts, learn that it was not a regulated professional who scammed you. If they did, you can fly to Canada and sue them. That's really what's at stake for them.

If you wish to immigrate, maybe educate yourself a bit more about Canadian immigration system and try to do it again. It is terrible that you lost $6k to this scammer, but now it is gone, file a compliant with your local police and then see what you can do to make this money and payback your dad.

I mean what you are taking to defend them?? I guess CAD $1000. 1st give me proof that he is What you are saying?? Now you will take it personally and all Mafia will start yelling that you are wrong!! Lmao i have accepted it long ago that i was uneducated But again you are trying to tell me same thing again and again.now try to give proof that he is scammer from pakistan,india and now china.Remeber!! It should be from one country.
