Scam Alert against ICCRC#R531921 immigration Lawyer Henglin,jin

We have been scammed by an ICCRC#R531921 Immigration lawyer Named henglinjin.

he robbed total $5854 cad. He is biggest cheater and Fraud.

I only want from you all to help me and report his both instagram account.So,at least he can't made fool other people so easily. His instagram ids are @jinhenglinbackup and @henglin jin ! Whatsapp: +1 (778) 652-7693 i shall be grateful to u for this favor

These Two Accounts have been Verified by His company Named Acorn immigration Ltd.
His company name is also mention in His ICCRC profile (status:Active). We also have proof's For all Bank Transactions , His misleading Intructions from day one , all Msgs on whatsapp and instagram as well as his company mails.

May be but 1st do research before claiming anything we are not Fooled who have lost Our money.Ofcourse we had done reasearch he is jin henglin and true Jin Henglin. But he is scammer.and this has been Confirmed by 3 to 4 other immigrants as well.

I did looked up and suggested you on how-to check someone's credibility, I guess I did the "research" part.

I'd refrain from getting into an arguments, but when anyone gets scammed out of ~$6k, they do prove that they aren't the sharpest tool to make these accusations without any proof.

You also need to post the proof after redacting your own person info to prove anything. Where I don't think you understand anything is that, I can go here and search "james" https://college-ic.ca/protecting-the-public/find-an-immigration-consultant?l=en-CA and then pull info and RCIC number of that James. See which ones don't have a website or IG or Twitter and then create those for them. Scam the shit out of ignorant fools and make money. I think that's what has likely happened.

There's no stream that requires paying anyone ~$6k in application fees.

I Greatly appreciate your experience and your way to lead others. It will surely help us and other from getting Scammed or fooled in future.
But my point of view over here is to be aware of these type of immigrants until you are not aware of whole process anyone can scammed you despite he is lisceneced and authentic and govt approved.

As you got Scammed your money got non-refundable which we come to know now.You can only do is to Complaint and make other aware.

Ok we will share all proof here don't worry.

All these documents are full of spelling mistakes. You have been scammed by a fake Jin Henglin. Most likely the scammers come from India or Pakistan.
I recommend you accept your own foolishness in this matter and move on with your live. There is nothing that can be done.

There is nothing in your documentation that proves it is from Acorn Consulting in Vancouver (Address in the contract is spelled wrong) or the real Jin Henglin. There is no letterhead, so many spelling errors and fake information in the contract. It is clear these documents are fake. You should have known when he started asking money, and asking for money that you should not have to pay for. You will not get your money back.

Yep! Accepted and we have move on very humbly no doubt. There is something can be done was to aware other who are trusting on these so called immigrants blindly. And ofcourse the scenerious we have disscussed here may be read by someone will help them to be alert from scams just!

And also before start of procedure we confirm it by Sending a mail on Acorn immigration they also message back by mentioning his two instagram accounts that he is using.

Now we have placed a google review on his website https://g.co/kgs/YdTXXa he took screenshot of that review and sent us on whatsapp it means he got the mail.

The no he is using of canada, we also talk to him on call he has chineese english accent.
We have contacted cwc immigration officers for the complaint. 1st they also said same thing as you but after investigation and talking to him on call and we were also on landline at that time as 3rd party he confirmned that he is real. Trust or not this is truth
