I honestly recommend you try to take a step back from reading the forums and appeals and rejection reasons etc. At the end of the day, it's up to the VO officer. If you put in all the information you can possibly include and send it in - no amount of reading forums, rejections, appeals and worrying is going to change the end result - what that VO officer thinks.

i drove myself crazy after submitting our TRV the first time and read for hoooours everybody's experience. It didn't change the end result.

Trust in your relationship and your application - I agree with what was said earlier - the truth will shine!

goodluck :)

Thirding this, because I'm also guilty of the same thing. It's important, yes, but driving yourself crazy over it isn't going to do you any good. Take a step back and breathe. It helps!

Like you I was obsessed with finding out as much info as I could about the process. My wife and I make 7 figures combined at age 30, and 27 and I still worried and stressed like you are now so I can certainly understand. However, intheend, as others have said, money really does not make or break your app unless you have nothing and there is reason to suspect lack of genuineness, etc. what you have is more thanadequate so not to worry. I'm sure your app will be fine. Stop reading the forums and go out and enjoy life.

Thanks everyone.

You're right! I need to stop reading the forums, but it's addicting!

We're now scanning all our pictures and writing captions. We then must ensure everything matches up to our timeline and that all documents are correct.

Only another week or so and we'll be sending our application...that's when it will get stressful!! The waiting is going to kill me...but the bright spot: if we get approved, I'm going to go through the roof with excitement!!! Same goes for my wife.

Last one in is a rotten egg!!
