Hi community, hoping for some technical help.
I'm currently stuck on "personal details" on IMM0008. I filled out the entire form months ago and just want to double-check everything is correct but the "save and continue" button is faded out and I can't click it. All required fields are filled in. There is a dialogue box that will not go away that could be part of the issue (appears just under "marital and relationship status") that says, "If you want to add, edit or remove a spouse, partner, or dependant(s) from your application, you must make the changes in the profile page [profile page is hyperlinked]". This may have appeared when I tried to edit the date we entered into our common-law relationship (but I don't know why it would - that information can't be added to the profile page to my knowledge). I've clicked that hyperlink and it doesn't resolve.
I've tried clearing cache, cookies, tried Chrome and Edge, used my laptop and my partner's desktop and nothing changes the situation. What is going on???
