Police Certificate needed?
Yes. However, certificates are available only to current residents and past legal residents.
How to get one?
Your immigration processing office will give you a request letter. Please contact your immigration processing office if you have questions about this.
Local Requests
If your application is being processed at the Canadian High Commission in London, you are not required to obtain a police certificate until the London visa office sends you a police certificate request letter with instructions on how to apply.
If you are applying at the Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you should submit the police certificate with your application. You can contact the visa office for a request letter at fax: (971 2) 694-0396 or e-mail: abu-dhabi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca. If you have an immigration file number, please include it in your correspondence.
For applications being processed at any other office, request letters may be obtained by e‑mail: riyadh.visa@international.gc.ca or fax: 966-1-488-9657. Please include the file number, the office where you applied and your mailing address.
The police certificate request letter will be sent to you by mail. You must present this letter, along with valid identification and proof of legal residency in Saudi Arabia to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If they approve you, you must then apply for the police certificate in person at the relevant police headquarters.

i am living in jeddah,my 02 nd AOR received last week by post.i also send full document on 26-05-2010.
your letter of 02 nd AOR in the way.
you ask about pcc from saudi arabia.
london office will send with medical.and pcc no need go riyadh.london office send you a letter of arabic that letter you must tested from foren office from najran you will go police station ask tell them you need pcc they will take you finger print and send riyadh and pcc will come after 25 days.
i hope you will understand.

But i'm leaving this country within ten days. there's no hope of getting anything within this ten days because i haven't recieved my 1st AOR. I will recieve it hopefully when i've already left the country then how would i manage the PCC? i don't know if the saudi embassy in my country would deal with the matter. I'm from Bangladesh.

In case if u r leaving country then there will b no chance of getting Saudi PCC there is no rule in saudi arabia to issue saudi PCC those who left saudi, alternately u can do is take photo copies for all pages of ur passport and notarized it make covering letter that u cannot provide Saudi PCC and there is no rule for sure CIC will accept ur argument. as many did this already but make sure u take copies of all ur exit n entry so that they will come to know that u have left country on good note.

Man was in the same case I didn't sent any PCC from Saudi Arabia becouse I am not resident now and my office wasn't ask for it! I think no need for it when you send your full application just right that for your officer and they know about that.
