Saudi PCC for Express Entry inquiry

Dear Hosama,

When you sent email to Canadian embassy in Riyadh for requesting letter, did they EMAIL you the letter or did they mail you the letter by post.

How long did it take to get that letter?

I lived in Saudi for 8 months in 2010 too. As it was told no need to submit Saudi PCC if not a current resident, I submitted my application on dec 11 2015 (AOR) without Saudi PCC. Its now 6 months and 5 days so far no response That worries me

Has Any of you who applied without Saudi PCC got PPR?
