How can an applicant get tax exemption certificate in the kingdom or evidence of social security contribution.?

Hi, I am from Kuwait. I remember my friend sent the employment letter attested by the chamber of commerce and provided a declaration that Saudi is tax exempted. I hope it help you as well.

i ask our HR department to certify that expatriates here in saudi arabia are exempted from income tax...you can request your HR too..

I only included a statement about tax free salary in my job experience letter.I hope that will serve?Did your HR write a different letter for you on tax exemption?

yes, i requested the HR to write a separate certificate telling the immigration officer that indeed, the Ministry of Finance and National Economy of Saudi Arabia exempt all individual employees from income tax deductions...

What is your question maám about PRC certification in the Philippines?. About tax exemption if you are working as an OFW in Saudi you can go to BIR in Pasay to take certificate of taxation. It is in front of Heritage Hotel and beside Copacabana hotel. You need to show your contract and a copy of your passport.

Maám if you will use it for QSW to obtain CSQ you need a certified true copy of your Board certificate from PRC then you need to authenticate or what we called red ribbon. Simultaneously you need a proof of your SSS contribution as stated in the list of required documents to prove your employment. Plus your recent payslip for 3 consecutive months.
