For PR visa application at PPR stage, where do we need to send the passport? Can I send it again to where I sent it before for my TRV visa (visit visa) stamping? For my TRV, I directly sent my passport to the following address:

Embassy of Canada
P.O. Box 94321
Riyadh, 11693, Saudi Arabia

Do they cater passport stamping for both TRV and PR visas in the Canadian Embassy in Riyadh?

Application Received date is the main focal point for further process. I think you should wait for the request.

The same happened in my case. It went to in progress and two days later they asked me to submit my passport. The papers are not in the embassy in Riyadh. They are processed in Canada and the passport goes to the Riyadh Embassy via VFS just for stamping the visa... It is all electronic.

Your Visa office will be Abu Dhabi as i am also saudi based applicant and submitted my passport to Abu Dhabi as per their instructions.
Riyadh embassy is not dealing anymore with PR applications.
